農曆年後TCAC第一個星期五酒吧邀請到一對德國藝術家搭檔eteam (Franziska Lamprecht 和 Hajoe Moderegger)。他們將談論與陌生人的企畫、承諾、信仰系統以及發生或不發生事件所須的時間。為了闡釋上述主題，他們將呈現一系列過去以及未來的研究計畫。
Eteam 自2002年起便開始探討土地利用的選擇，多半透過線上拍賣取得不同大小以及地理位置之土地。這些土地位於美國、歐洲以及Second Life(第二人生)裡。
Eteam認為每個新地點皆有其另類的發展潛力，因此需要不同的解決方案。猶他州聯合太平洋鐵路附近的一英畝沙漠裡的其中一個火車站，可能可以為該地區改善基礎建設。橫跨在內華達州沙漠裡10英畝的土地上是一條泥土道路，Eteam利用一個人工交通阻塞試圖以消除道路的功用，將道路剷除。
蒙特洛鎮附近兩個遺棄跑道的居住人數為65人。國際蒙特洛機場的建設為該地提供了一些保障。3D的Second Life(第二人生)世界裡的3356平方米土地，成為虛擬垃圾可以自然腐蝕的公共垃圾集散地。一個德國農園裡一英畝大的土地，共切割為15塊，其中有7塊租給了村莊裡的人民。租地者為擔憂死亡的老農民。Eteam 將農園視為一艘橫渡大西洋土地的船，於6日內從歐洲航向美國，以不前進的方式進步。

02/25 Friday Bar: Eteam – Artist’s talk 7-9pm & second-hand book fair
TCAC’s first Friday Bar after the Chinese New Year features the German artist duo eteam (Franziska Lamprecht & Hajoe Moderegger). They will talk about projects with strangers, commitment, belief systems and the time it takes for something to happen – or not to happen. To illustrate these topics, a selection of past and future projects will be presented.
Since 2002 the eteam has been exploring options of land use through continued acquisitions of different sized parcels and locations mostly through online auctions. These parcels have been located in the US, Europe and secondlife.
Each new location demands a different solution for what eteam sees as an alternative potential of the place. An Acre of desert in Utah with the Union Pacific Train tracks going near by – a Train stop leads to a possible infrastructural improvement of the area. 10 Acres of land in the desert of Nevada with a dirt road crossing the lot – an artificial traffic jam uses the purpose of the road to eliminate its function as an attempt to get rid of this road.
Two abandoned landing strips near the town of Montello with a population of 65. The creation of International Airport Montello solidifies an aerial promise that has been hovering above the land for quite some time. 3356 sqm in the 3D world of Second Life. The place becomes a public dumpster to provide a space where virtual trash can decay. One Acre of an allotment garden in Germany, divided into 15 parcels, 7 are rented out to people from the village. The renters are old farmers. They talk about dying. Eteam uses the garden as a ship and together they go on a transatlantic landcruise, travel from Europe to America in 6 days, move forward without advancing.
