Ann Demeester是比利時藝術評論者及策展人，目前任職於阿姆斯特丹De Appel Center 總監，同時也是A Prior Magazine 及F.R. David.的編輯。2009年曾擔任第十屆波羅的海三年展策展人。2001至2007年間擔任Ghent magazine Yang季刊編輯團隊，曾經歷任於阿姆斯特丹W139藝術空間總監、比利時SMAK美術館協同策展人及德國Marta Herford美術館策展人。
Ann Demeester studied under the Belgian museum director and curator Jan Hoet. Under his supervision she organized a number of exhibitions and projects in Ghent (Stedelijk Museum voor Actuele Kunst (Municipal Museum for Contemporary Art), SMAK) and Watou (Poëziezomer (Poetry summer) 2000) and Museum Marta (Herford, Germany).
From 2003 to 2006 she was the director of W139, the exhibition and production centre for contemporary art in Amsterdam. From 2001 to 2007 she was a member of the editorial team of the quarterly Ghent magazine Yang. In 2009 she was the curator of the X Baltic Triennial of International Art Urban Stories in Vilnius (Lithuania), together with Kestutis Kuizinas. Ann Demeester is on the editorial board of A Prior Magazine and F.R. David.
